DISH SF
Creating a new website and fundraising brochure for an innovative Permanent Supportive Housing organization
\Website Design & Development | Collateral Design | Strategy | Copywriting
For over twenty years, DISH has provided Permanent Supportive Housing to San Franciscans who need it most—those who are unhoused and living with serious health challenges. More than just temporary shelter, DISH provides a place where individuals can recover from the traumas and illnesses that led to housing instability. A place where they can rest and recharge, build new connections, and become part of a supportive community—a place that is truly their own, a place to call home.
Having become a wholly independent 501(c)(3) organization in mid 2025—and with the goal of driving increased awareness and support—DISH needed to retell their story and contemporize their look & feel.
We were asked to revitalize their website, creating a compelling and informative experience.
Our approach was to humanize the story of homelessness, by celebrating their residents and highlighting the paths that led each of them to DISH. We also provided context around the homeless problem in San Francisco and described the Permanent Supportive Housing model.
Our contemporary design is bold yet approachable and the reorganized site architecture much more logical and engaging. Our developer partner was Invisible Window.
We also developed an impactful donor brochure, intended to begin conversations with potential donors.
